1: Music instruments were owned-
Jim Parsons learned to play the theremin, Johnny Galecki the cello and Mayim Bialik, the harp. It was part of the producer's idea that in order to make the act real they needed to learn to play which if you think actually helped them to repeat the playing in future episodes as well.
2: Lets go party tonight-
Cast and crew at the set suprised the executive producers with a flash mob after a live taping. The dance was choreographed by Kaley Cuoco's sister.
In a turn of events actress Kate auditioned for Amy's character although she didn't get it, the creator's of the show were so impressed by her that she was called to play the role of Lucy.
4: Say cheese!!-
The annoyed, goody and sarcastic expressions and smiles were all created by Jim Parson. The writer's left it up to him to come up with it by simply writing, "unpleasant smile" in the script.
5: Room for some secrecy-
Through all the seasons, Penny's last name has yet to mentioned and Kaley is being vigilant not to reveal it even by accident.
