Amazing feats of BRUCE LEE!!

Here are some of Bruce's truly amazing real life feats, which I consider to be absolutely outstanding. All of this information is taken from various documentaries and magazines.

A few of Bruce's awesome feats:

#Bruce's striking speed from 3 feet away was five hundredths of a second.

#Bruce could throw grains of rice up into the air and then catch them in mid-flight using chopsticks.

#Bruce did press ups using only 2 fingers.

#Bruce could thrust his fingers through unopened cans of Coca-Cola. (This was when soft drinks cans were made of steel much thicker than today's aluminium cans)

#Bruce was able to explode 100lb bags with a simple sidekick.

#Bruce would ride for 45 minutes (10 Miles) on a stationary bike, when he'd finished, a huge pool of sweat was beneath him.

#Bruce once caved in a protective headgear made from heavy steel rods, rods that had previously withstood several blows from a sledgehammer.

#Bruce's last movie "Enter the Dragon" was made for a modest $600,000 in 1973. To date, is has grossed over $300,000,000.

#Martial arts films are usually sped up, but lee's movements were so fast they couldn't be captured in 24fps [ the average framerate back then], so they were shot in 32 fps.

#He was so fast that he could take a coin from your open hand and replace it by another before you had time to close it.

#Bruce's family lived in Hong Kong , but his father sent him to San Francisco [ where he was born] when he was a teen because he would always get in trouble with Hong Kong police for being a well known street fighter.

#Bruce lee could do 50 push ups using just his thumb and index fingers.

#In 1970, Bruce injured his back [sacral nerve damage] during training; the medics deemed him unable to continue his martial arts practice, but he unexpectedly fully recovered. He still acted in five movies between 1971 and 1973.

#He could do elevated v-sit position and hold it for more than 30 mins.

#In 1964, Bruce was invited to a karate championship in Long Beach, California. There he performed his famous "One Inch Punch," where he would deliver a devastating blow from only an inch away, sending his opponent flying back!
Bob Baker of Stockton, whom Bruce hit, said "I told Bruce not to do this type of demonstration again. When he punched me that last time, I had to stay home from work because the pain in my chest was unbearable."
